ACRepair.Marketize Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to all AC installation, servicing, and repair work carried out by ACRepair.Marketize. By booking our services, you agree to the policies outlined below.
Installation Policy
The cost of a standard AC installation includes:
- Up to 3 meters of refrigerant piping, drain pipe, and electrical cabling.
- One outdoor mounting bracket (if required).
- Installation to a maximum height of 3 meters above ground level.
- Drilling of a single hole for piping (holes will be sealed but not painted).
Additional costs will apply for:
- Any piping, insulation, drain pipe, or cabling beyond 3 meters.
- Electrical connection to the main switchboard or additional isolators.
- External trunking to conceal piping.
- Travelling expenses for installations beyond a 50km radius of our service area.
- Uninstallation of an existing AC unit.
- Work requiring scaffolding or work at heights above 5 meters.
Please note that condensate pumps, isolators, and any extra accessories are not included in the standard installation fee. A separate quotation will be provided for these.
Re-Installation of Existing Air Conditioners
- Reinstallation services will be quoted separately.
- ACRepair.Marketize will not be held responsible if an air conditioner fails to function properly after reinstallation.
- No warranty is provided for reinstalled units.
Warranty Terms
- A 12-month workmanship warranty applies to new installations, provided the unit is serviced every 6 months.
- Manufacturer warranties (compressors, parts, etc.) will apply as per the brand’s terms, provided regular servicing is carried out.
- Warranty becomes void if:
- The unit is not serviced at least every 6 months (subject to environment and usage conditions).
- Any repair or service is carried out by another contractor not authorised by ACRepair.Marketize.
Servicing and Repairs
- Standard servicing does not include gas refilling, repairs, or replacement of parts unless specifically quoted.
- If repairs are required, a separate quotation will be provided.
- Small on-site repairs may be billed immediately. Parts requiring replacement will be quoted separately.
- A 12-month workmanship warranty applies on repair work (environment and usage dependent).
- If additional labour hours are required beyond the initial quotation, the final invoice will be adjusted accordingly.
Terms of Sale
- Quotations are prepared according to client specifications.
- Any changes requested by the client after quotation approval will incur additional charges.
- Payment terms:
- Services and orders are processed within 2 working days of payment confirmation.
- Standard delivery of AC units or parts takes 1–4 working days from payment date.
- Installed goods remain the property of ACRepair.Marketize until full payment is received.
- If full payment is not received within 7 days of installation, ACRepair.Marketize reserves the right to remove the installed unit.
- Additional charges apply for weekend or after-hours installations.
- A 10% cancellation fee will be applied once payment has been received.
- Delayed deposit payment may result in rescheduling of your service or installation date.
Return Policy
You may return an unused product within 7 days of delivery if it meets the following conditions:
- The product is unused and in its original packaging.
- All accessories and parts are included.
- Packaging and seals are intact and undamaged.
A collection fee and 10% admin fee will apply for returns.
Once an AC unit has been installed, it cannot be exchanged for a different size or model.

Changes to Terms & Conditions
ACRepair.Marketize reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Clients are responsible for reviewing the latest version before booking.
